Its an Evil Iguana Produtions fanvideo, and I'm pretty proud of it. Mostly because I think it turned out pretty well for my first fanvideo with actual video, not just pictures and audio.

Twitter less, Blog more

That's what I'm trying to do. I twitter too much apparently, so I'm trying to blog more. Thing is that when I blog, everything seems to boring to put into a blog entry, especially a blog that no one reads.

But I'm going to try. So, I'm heading to the library soon to do some volunteer work and then write for an hour or so.

I've recently found BattleStar Galactica, Wonderful! Haha, another show for me to obsess over. :) Can't wait for the next discs to come tomorrow. Yes, I have netflix, or rather my mom does. As evident by the movies we get, because I would be getting Sci-fi and other stuff like that all the time instead of the documentaries, chick flicks, little kid movies, and then the occasional Sci-fi stuff for me.

Preview

So, some of you may know about me writing a book. I case you didn't know that, well then my last sentence just told you that. Over the course of the rest of the year I'm going to be working on it and last night I wrote this scene. I wanted some feedback if possible

But when I got up to move all I could see was the blood. The bodies. They were everywhere. Everywhere I turned there was another one. Someone else I knew. Elijah, Katie, Matt, Jennifer.

After only taking two steps I sat in the middle of the aisle and scrunched into a ball. I squeezed my eyes shut and put my hands over my ears. The silence was maddening. Nobody else made any kind of noise.

I rocked back and forth and began to hum the first tune that came to mind, “Jesus loves me this I know. For the bible tells me so.” My voice came out as a tiny whisper, barely breaking the icy silence. “Little ones to him belong, they are weak but he is strong.” I faltered for a moment, trying to remember the rest, “Yes Jesus loves me, yes Jesus loves me, yes Jesus loves me, the bible tells me so.” My face was wet now.

For a few minutes I just sat there, rocking back and forth. I blocked out the silence with my singing, and covered my eyes. Humming the song over and over until the words no longer meant anything anymore.

It was only a few minutes later, but it might as well of been a lifetime before a sound that wasn’t me broke through my crying.

So called Amazon Fail

So, if you've been on Twitter recently you've probably notice alot of chat about the so called "#amazonfail" What is this exactly. Some people are saying that Amazon has failed because of a "new" policy that is in fact not new, but has been recently brought to the attention of the public. This policy prevents Adult books (I.E. Playboy and such) from being put into the ranking system. Amazon is simply refusing to advertise books with explicit content in them. Something that I fully support. If you want all that crap then go go to ebay. Leave Amazon alone.

Its already difficult enough for people not involved in those kinds of things to go around the internet without running into it. Parents shouldn't have to worry about their kids accidentally coming across these kinds of products simply by looking up a book or movie on Amazon. You didn't have a problem with this policy when it was just there. You didn't notice it until somebody suddenly decided that they didn't like it. Stop being mindless sheep people and think.

So,

Operation: Puking Cow is go! We are all meeting up next Sunday to iron some things out. Yey! Now if only I could finish those few scenes in the script. I had an idea, but I'm not sure if A. I can actually film it. B. If the others would think that it was a good idea and C. If I would be allowed to film it. So, more updates on that later.

What are we figuring out next sun? Well, we're going to try and set up a date to do a sit down and go through the script, we need to choreograph the fight scenes, I need to tell everyone about the new opening scene, and we need to pick a date for filming.

LOTS to do. So, I'm off!

EIP Productions

You're bored, what do you do? Well, many of us like to surf youtube looking for fun videos, a few weeks ago I discovered EIP(Evil Iguana Productions). They're a group of college guys who make hilarious videos. Well, there are a lot of youtube groups that makes hilarious videos, what makes these guys stand out? Is it, the hot guys? The randomness of their videos? The brilliance of their acting? Or is it the fact that they are unafraid to do virtually anything. Running around Chicago in a Batman outfit and Joker costume, going to a Polka festival and tell everybody that they’re making a documentary when they’re actually doing a comedy video. Or, (My personal favorite) is it Craig giving Allen the scissors, telling him to cut his hair on camera, and then walking around with half his hair cut of, and marker all-over his face.
